About what we sell
What paper sizes do the holders take?
The most common sizes we stock are 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 inches. The exact size, and whether the holder is portrait, landscape or adjustable, is stated on each product page.
How strong are the magnetic grippers?
They hold a card firmly to any ferrous surface such as a steel shelf edge or gondola upright. They will not hold to aluminium, timber or glass.
Are the acrylic risers stable enough for glass?
The risers take the load stated on their page. For glassware we recommend the wider-footprint risers rather than the narrow display blocks.
How much is delivery?
Flat $8.95 within the United States, and free once your order reaches $69.
Do you price for quantity?
Yes. Call ((718) 624-2999 during our hours, Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fri–Sun: Closed, and we will quote for bulk orders.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We deliver to United States street addresses only, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label is created. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts Cash on delivery. The Payment Policy explains how and when payment is taken.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at no cost, any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the Cancellation Policy.
